In order to meet this requirement, two types of small bending machine are usually used: variable pressure throttle speed regulation circuit and positive displacement speed regulation circuit. The former controls the flow into or out of the actuator by changing the flow area of the flow control component in the loop, and finally achieves the purpose of adjusting its speed. The throttling loss and calorific value are relatively small and the efficiency is high. The latter changes the movement speed of the brake assembly by changing the displacement of the variable pump or motor in the circuit. Because there is no overflow loss and throttling loss in the whole process, the working pressure changes with the load, so it has the advantages of high efficiency and low heat.

Even if the same type of bending machine is used, different bending methods can be used. According to the relative position of upper and lower die, gap bending and low pressure bending are the two most typical bending methods. One by one, it helps.

The so-called gap bending is the process that the upper die and the lower die are not compressed in the bending process, and the required bending angle is obtained by adjusting the depth of the upper die into the opening of the lower die. Generally, the deeper the upper die goes into the lower die, the smaller the bending angle of the bending machine, but the larger it is. The advantage of this bending method is that the forming process of various angles can be realized with fewer dies. What is a low bend? That is to say, when the metal plate is pressed between the upper die and the lower die, the required bending angle and elbow radius can be obtained. It is generally suitable for processing plates with thickness less than 2mm in medium and mass production.
It should be noted that the working pressure of bottom bending is much greater than that of gap bending.
