Choose CNC Press Brake, these factors can not be ignored

CNC Press Brake is the important thing to consider first is that you want to produce parts, the point is to buy a machine that can complete the processing task. Carefully consider the material grade as well as the machining thickness and length. If most of the work is low carbon steel 16 ft thick and 10 ft long, the free bending force need not be greater than 50 t. However, if you are doing a lot of die forming with a bottom, you may want to consider a 150 tonnage machine. Assuming that the material is 1/4 inch thick, 165 tons is required for 10 ft free bending and at least 600 tons for bottom die bending (corrected bending). If most of the pieces are 5 feet or less, the tonnage is almost halved, greatly reducing acquisition costs. The length of the parts is very important in determining the specifications of the new machine.

CNC Press Brake:
Under the same load, the torsion of the table and slider of the 10-foot machine is 4 times that of the 5-foot machine. This means that shorter machines require less gasket adjustment to produce acceptable parts. Reducing gasket adjustment reduces preparation time. Material grade is also a key factor. Compared with mild steel, stainless steel usually requires about 50% more load, and most grades of soft aluminum reduced about 50%. You can always get the machine tonnage table from the manufacturer of the bending machine. This table shows the estimated tonnage required per foot length for different thicknesses and materials.

CNC Press Brake Operating Rules:
1. Strictly abide by safety operation rules and wear labor protective equipment as required.
2. Before starting, carefully check whether the motor, switch, line and grounding are normal and firm, and check whether the operating parts and buttons of the equipment are stuck in the correct position.
3. Check the consistency and firmness of the upper and lower molds; Check whether the positioning device is in line with the processing requirements.
4. When the upper slide plate and all positioning axes are not at the origin, run the program of returning to the origin.
5. After the equipment is started, it should be operated for 1-2 minutes, and the skateboard should be moved for 2-3 times in full journey. If there is abnormal sound or fault, it should be stopped immediately, and the fault should be removed.
6. When working, it should be under the unified command of one person, so that the operator and the feeding and pressing personnel closely cooperate, to ensure that the coordination personnel are in the safe position of the bending signal.
7. The sheet must be compacted when bending to prevent the sheet from becoming warped when bending.
