Press Brake and Shearing Machine and Fiber Laser Cutting Machine Guarantee and Warranty

The new Press Brake and Shearing Machine and other machines sold by KRRASS provide a two-year warranty effective from the date of shipment. CNC machines sold through dealers must be registered with KRRASS within 30 days of purchase to enjoy this warranty service.

The new CNC machines sold by KRRASS come with a three-year warranty, effective from the date of shipment. CNC machines sold through dealers must be registered with KRRASS within 30 days of purchase to enjoy this warranty service.

KRRASS guarantees that all new CNC machines sold are free of manufacturing defects in workmanship, parts and materials. If so, we will repair or replace any parts identified by KRRASS free of charge. Becoming a defect of the manufacturer. We request that the defective items/parts be returned to KRRASS along with the complaint. Any CNC machines returned to KRRASS must be returned in the same packaging as they were received. If you want to return a part or blade, you must have enough packaging to ensure that it will not be damaged during transportation. If it is determined that the item/part is damaged due to lack of maintenance, cleaning or misuse/abuse, the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacing the item/part and all related shipping costs. This limited warranty does not apply to natural disasters, terrorist acts, normal wear and tear, product failure due to lack of maintenance or cleaning, accidental damage, negligence, lack of or insufficient dust collection, misuse/abuse, or under the following conditions The damage caused by others has been or attempted to be repaired or modified.

KRRASS is not responsible for additional tools or modifications sold or executed on any CNC machine. After the addition of such tools and/or modifications are determined according to the specific circumstances, the warranty may be invalidated. Normal user calibration, adjustment and machine settings are not covered by this warranty. It is the user's responsibility to understand the basic Fiber Laser Cutting Machine, Shearing Machine, CNC Press Brake settings and procedures, and to properly maintain the equipment in accordance with the standards provided by the manufacturer. During the warranty period, parts are shipped at the cost of KRRASS by public carrier, FEDEX ground service or similar methods. Technical support for the installation of replacement parts is mainly provided by telephone, whatsapp, email or KRRASS online customer support. The labor required to install the replacement parts is the user's responsibility.

KRRASS is not responsible for damage or loss caused by the shipping company or other circumstances beyond our control. All claims for lost or damaged goods must be notified to KRRASS within 24 hours after delivery. Please contact our customer service department for more information. This warranty only covers new machines sold to the original owner.
