The handheld fiber laser welding machine adopts a new generation of fiber laser. Working mode: hand-held welding, flexible and convenient, longer welding distance. Replace the previous fixed light path with a handheld welding gun. The handheld fiber laser welding machine is mainly used for laser welding of long-distance and large workpieces. The heat-affected area is small during welding, and it will not cause deformation, blackening, and traces on the back of the workpiece. The welding depth is large, the welding is firm, and the melting is sufficient. It can replace traditional argon arc welding, electric welding and other processes.
The machine is compact in design, and the FMW-1000 is only 1/3 of the solid YAG laser welding equipment. Small body shape, free up more space, reduce the cost of equipment to occupy the plant space. Transmission fiber can be optional on demand 5/10/20 meters, up to the range of free-to-adjust.
Wobble handheld laser head, light and flexible, can weld any part of the workpiece. Welder will feel no tired after long work.
Compared with traditional arc welding, FMW-1000 enjoy following advantage: user-friendly design and technology upgrade, simple operation, operators do not need skilled technical certificate to achieve exquisite welding.There is no need for secondary grinding after welding, which greatly reduces the professional limitations of the operator and the cost of manpower.
