How to maintain the CNC bending machine reasonably

 

Doing a good job in the maintenance of CNC bending machine can not only improve work efficiency, but also greatly increase the service life of industrial machinery and equipment. The key is to avoid safety accidents and prevent product damage and personal injury. More and more excellent sheet metal companies realize the importance of equipment maintenance.

In order to ensure that the maintenance work of the bending machine equipment is carried out more efficiently, we have increased the training of equipment maintenance. Today we share common methods for quarterly and annual maintenance of bending machines. Welcome to collect them as training materials, or share them with bending workers for self-learning.

1. The lower table of the machine tool is clean to ensure the bending accuracy (quarterly);

Operation method: keep the work surface of the machine tool clean, remove the upper and lower molds, and wipe them with a cloth without oil stains and yellow gowns. As shown in the figure below, the surface of the lower mold base is clean and free of oil and foreign matter.

2. Clean the radiator to ensure the normal operation of the electrical cabinet (quarterly);

Operation method: clean the exhaust fan of the distribution box once in the power-off state, use an air gun to remove dust from the inside to the outside, and keep the heat dissipation in good condition.

3. Tighten the easy loose parts of the machine tool (quarterly);

Operation method: inspect the movable parts of the machine every quarter, as shown in the figure below, the four lock nuts need to be firm one by one;

4. Check the X-axis synchronous belt (quarterly);

Operation method: After the machine tool has been working for a long time, the backgauge will be slack when the belt is synchronized. After inspection, tighten it to maintain the accuracy of the machine;

5. Fastening of internal components of the distribution box (quarterly)

Operation method: all parts of the screws are fastened and the wiring is firm;

6. Refueling exercise parts (quarterly);

Operation method: The position of refueling is shown in the figure. Use a grease gun to aim at the refueling point and refuel until the screw or guide rail sees grease overflow.

7. Test whether the machine grounding is good (annual)

Operation method: The grounding resistance of the machine tool is less than 1 ohm;

8. Replace hydraulic oil and filter element every two years (annual)

Operation method: unscrew the screw plug on the oil drain port at the bottom of the oil tank, drain the hydraulic oil, clean the oil tank, refill the new hydraulic oil through the air filter of the oil filler port to the oil level 2/3 position, and make the slider stop on top Point position

9. Airframe flatness test (annual)

Operation method: Place the level on the lower working table of the machine tool, at three positions on the left, middle and right, and measure the flatness not higher than 0.08, and the front and back flatness is 0.02;

10. Machine tool straightness test (annual)

Operation method: test the straightness of the bending machine during annual maintenance, place the bending sample 3M on the inspection table, and use a feeler gauge to test that the gap value within any one meter is less than or equal to 0.3mm/m.
