The frame of the Hydraulic Shearing Machine adopts a steel plate welding structure, and the left and right wall panels, worktables, press beams and cross beams are welded into a frame structure with good rigidity. The left and right oil cylinders are respectively installed on the supports on the left and right wall panels and the upper part of the pressing beam, and the lower blade is fixed on the workbench. The left side of the worktable is equipped with a lateral stopper mechanism (with front stopper mechanism), and the stopper is positioned and counted by a ruler. The verticality of the lateral stopper and the lower knife edge can be adjusted by the set screw under the support arm.
The main body of the tool holder is a welded assembly with sufficient rigidity. The tool holder is supported by three-point roller guide rails. The tool holder is connected to the piston rod of the oil cylinder and performs linear reciprocating motion between the guide rails. The rear two fulcrums are fixed on the wall plate, and the front fulcrum is the disc spring roller bearing, which is fixed on the pressing beam, so that the tool holder is always attached to the rear two fulcrums. The blade gap adjustment mechanism is a worm gear reducer, which drives the upper fulcrum to rotate eccentrically, so that the tool holder makes a slight rotation on the lower fulcrum, thereby changing the value of the blade gap.
The back gauge is installed on the bottom plate of the knife holder and moves up and down with the knife holder. The back gauge is driven by a servo motor, and is driven by a timing belt and a ball screw pair to drive the gauge frame to move back and forth on the linear guide. The entire stopper device is counted by the numerical control system, positioning is accurate and reliable, and easy to operate. The adjustment range of the back gauge is 10~1000mm.
Note: When pushing the sheet to the stopper during positioning, lightly lean against the stopper to ensure positioning accuracy, otherwise it will affect its positioning accuracy.

The installation accuracy of the machine tool will directly affect the performance of the machine tool, so the installation of this machine tool must be carried out by professionals (or the manufacturer sends someone to the site). The machine tool must be installed on a stable and hard foundation, and the ground of the working area must be covered with a thick concrete layer according to the requirements of the foundation drawing and the level must be corrected (flatness 2mm/m). Fifteen days before installation, the user can first dig the foundation and water the base according to the foundation plan in the manual, reserve four anchor bolt installation holes and pay attention to placing the four shim irons at the specified position, and install after the standby bed is seated The anchor screws are used for secondary grouting. After the cement is completely solidified, adjust the level of the machine through the supporting screws and the backing plate, and then adjust the level of the work surface.
When adjusting the level of the working surface, remove the platen with a steel ball in the middle of the working joint, place the level on the raised processing surface of the working table, and use the left and right support screws on the front side of the machine tool to adjust the horizontal direction of the machine tool. Level; then put the level meter vertically, and use the left and right support screws on the back of the machine tool to adjust the longitudinal level of the machine tool. The horizontal and vertical levels should be controlled within 1000: 0.2mm.
