1.1 Performance characteristics:
Compared with ordinary shears, Swing Beam Shearing mostly adopts oblique blade shearing. It is widely used due to its simple structure, low failure rate, high shearing efficiency and no bowing, warping, or distortion of the sheet after shearing. 1.2 The composition of Swing Beam Shearing:
The shearing machine is generally composed of a frame, a material pressing mechanism, a blade gap adjustment device, a knife holder, a hydraulic system and other parts.
1) Rack
The frame part adopts a combined welding overall structure, which has good rigidity, and is mainly composed of left and right columns (wall panels), front wall panels, workbenches, and fuel tanks.
2) Material pressing mechanism
The material pressing mechanism consists of a set of material pressing feet installed at the bottom of the frame beam. After the pressure oil is passed in, the presser foot plunger presses down the steel plate, and after the shearing is completed, the presser foot rises and resets depending on the spring force.
3) Blade gap adjustment device
The adjustment of the upper and lower cutting edge gap is achieved by rotating the gap adjustment handle to drive the sector gears meshed with the two pinions on the shaft, and then drive the eccentric sleeve on the supporting shaft to rotate.
4) Tool holder
The tool holder is a fully enclosed welded structural part with high torsion resistance and good rigidity. It is connected with the frame through the support shafts at both ends, and is equipped with a shearing oil cylinder and a return cylinder.
The shearing cylinders are two plunger hydraulic cylinders, which are respectively fixed on the left and right uprights. At the same time, there are two cylinders for the return stroke of the tool post. When working, the pressure oil pushes the cylinder plunger to move downwards to make the tool holder downwardly shear, and at the same time compress the nitrogen in the cylinder; when returning, the hydraulic system is unloaded, and the nitrogen in the cylinder expands to make the tool holder return. The whole tool rest takes the fulcrum axis as the center to perform reciprocating motion to complete the cutting work.

1.3 Working principle:
After shearing, the shearing machine should be able to ensure the straightness and parallelism requirements of the shearing surface of the sheared sheet, and minimize the distortion of the sheet to obtain high-quality workpieces. The upper blade of the shearing machine is fixed on the knife holder, and the lower blade is fixed on the workbench. A material holding ball is installed on the workbench so that the sheet material will not be scratched when sliding on it. The back gauge is used for positioning the plate, and the position is adjusted by the motor. The pressing cylinder is used to compress the sheet to prevent the sheet from moving during shearing. The guardrail is a safety device to prevent work-related accidents. The return journey generally relies on nitrogen, which is fast and has little impact.

 Guillotine shears

The guillotine shearing machine adopts the frame structure and adopts all-steel welding; the four-corner and eight-sided right-angle guide rail, high precision, good rigidity, and adopts hydraulic preload. The hydraulic system adopts a two-way cartridge integrated valve; the entire system adopts; and can be equipped with stroke digital display, photoelectric protection device and mobile workbench (for easy replacement of molds). The guillotine shear has a double action of upper slide and lower hydraulic cushion Function, the working pressure stroke can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process requirements, and the operation is simple and centralized control by buttons.
Functions and features:
1. The overall welding frame structure is adopted, and after vibration aging treatment, the machine tool has good rigidity and high precision.
2. A three-point supporting shaft rolling guide rail is adopted, and the upper tool post rolls without gap between the rolling guide rails. The service life of the blade can be adjusted by turning the hand wheel.
3. The movable blade support and the four-edged long blade are convenient to adjust the uniformity of the blade gap, improve the cutting quality and extend the service life of the blade.
4. The tandem cylinder synchronization system is adopted, and the force of the machine tool is even. By adjusting the flow rate of the tandem cylinders, the shear angle can be easily adjusted to meet the needs of different shear plate thicknesses.
5. A motorized back gauge device and an electronic counter are used to facilitate adjustment of the position of the back gauge.

How to choose when buying:
1. When the thickness of your material is less than 10mm, and the material you cut is not used for rolling drum welding, the cutting material is not spliced, and the Hydraulic Swing Beam Shearing Machine is purchased under the condition of considering the cost budget.
