The upper and lower blades of the machine are parallel to each other, and are often used for hot-shearing blooms and slabs in rolling mills; according to the cutting method, it can be divided into up-cutting and down-cutting.
The performance of common mobile shears on the market:
1. The flame cutting machine uses gas and oxygen to cut, and there will be material loss during the cutting process and cause environmental pollution. 3. The fixed shearing machine has high dimensional accuracy, small surface roughness of the shear section, almost no material loss, but cannot be moved, and the cutting length is limited. If the sheet is too long, the machine will not reach the cutting length, which will result in sheet waste.
