Hydraulic Shearing Machine is divided into linear type and swing type according to the different movement modes of its tool holder. The linear structure is relatively simple (it looks like a gate, so it is also called a gate type) called Hydraulic Guillotine Shearing Machine. It is convenient to manufacture. The blade is rectangular in cross section and all four sides can be used as blades, so it is more durable. The tool holder of the Hydraulic Swing Beam Shearing Machine swings around a fixed point during shearing. The advantage is that the friction and wear between the upper and lower shearing blades is small, the blade is deformed, and the shearing accuracy is high. The hydraulic system is composed of the main motor, oil pump, valve block, oil tank, and pipeline, and is the power part of the machine tool.
Key points of using Hydraulic Shearing Machine:
1. The thickness, material performance and shape of the shearing sheet should be coordinated with the shearing method and shearing equipment, and no illegal operation is allowed.
2. Before cutting, adjust the blade gap according to the thickness of the sheet and check whether the cutting edge is sharp.
3. Adjust the stopper device according to the size of the cut sheet, tighten the screws after the trial cut is qualified, and check and adjust regularly during batch production.
4. Before using the shearing machine, check whether the clutch, brake and safety device of the shearing machine are normal.
5. When operating with multiple people, coordinate and comply with safe operating procedures.

Typical structure of Hydraulic Shearing Machine-body:

•The fuselage is generally composed of left and right columns, workbenches, beams, etc.
• The fuselage is divided into a combination of castings and an integral welded structure.
•Most of the fuselages of the combined structure of castings are made of castings, and the components are connected into one body through studs and pins.
•The fuselage of this structure is heavier and has poor rigidity, and the machining workload of the joint surface is also large.
•Compared with the casting structure, the overall welded structure has the advantages of lighter body weight, good rigidity, and easy processing.
• At present, there are more and more fuselages adopting integral steel plate welding structure.
The sheet material is sheared and deformed under the action of the upper and lower scissors of the Hydraulic Shearing Machine. When cutting, the lower scissors are fixed and the upper scissors move downwards. When the cutting starts, the blade of the upper scissors presses into the sheet material. A pair of shear forces and corresponding moments force the cut sheet material to rotate, but it will be affected by the side of the scissors during the rotation. Blocking, a pair of side thrusts and corresponding moments are also generated on the other plane of the scissors, the direction of which prevents the rotation of the sheet, when the shear starts, the angle of the sheet increases with the increase in the pressing depth, and the torque also increases. It increases, so after the shearing blade is pressed into a certain depth, the material to be sheared will no longer rotate until it is cut under the action of shearing force.
