Hydraulic shearing machine is a kind of shearing equipment which is widely used in machining. It can cut all kinds of steel plate materials. The commonly used types can be divided into flat shear, rolling shear and vibrating shear. Flat shears are widely used. The shear thickness less than 10 mm is mostly mechanical transmission, and the shear thickness greater than 10 mm is hydraulic transmission. When there is a fault, it is necessary to ask the equipment operator to understand the operation status of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic shearing machine.

Including: whether the hydraulic system works normally; Check whether the hydraulic pump is abnormal; Time and result of hydraulic oil cleanliness test; Cleaning and replacement of filter element; Whether the hydraulic components are adjusted before the fault occurs; Whether the sealing element has been replaced; What abnormal phenomena have appeared in the hydraulic system of the shearer before and after the failure; In the past, it is necessary to understand what faults occurred in the system and how to eliminate them.
Safety technical requirements of plate shears: generally, single or continuous metal cutting is operated by foot or button. Attention should be paid during operation:

(1) Before work, carefully check whether each department is normal, whether the electrical equipment is in good condition, and whether the lubrication system is smooth; Remove the tools, measuring tools and other debris on the table and around it, as well as the corner waste.

(2) Don't operate the shearer alone, 2-3 people should coordinate the feeding, controlling the dimensional accuracy and reclaiming, and one person should be responsible for the unified command.

(3) Adjust the scissors clearance according to the specified thickness. It is not allowed to cut two kinds of plates with different specifications and materials at the same time; Stacking and shearing are not allowed. The surface of the sheared sheet should be smooth, and the narrow sheet that cannot be pressed should not be sheared.

(4) The operator's feeding finger should keep a distance of 200 mm away from the scissors mouth and away from the pressing device. The protective fence placed on the shear trigger can not block the eyes of the operator and can not see the cutting part. The waste generated after operation is angular and angular, and the operator shall remove it in time to prevent stabbing and cutting.

(5) The flywheel, gear, shaft, belt and other moving parts of the shear should be equipped with protective cover.

(6) Place a fence to prevent the operator's hand from entering the scissors falling area. It is strictly forbidden to pick up the waste on the ground during work, so as not to be injured by the falling workpiece.

(7) It is not allowed to cut the quenched material, and it is not allowed to cut beyond the working capacity of the hydraulic shearing machine.
