1. Safe operation:

3. Before operation, it must be confirmed that there is no external interference. After everything is normal, hoist the cut plate on the cutting platform, and select the applicable parameters according to the material and thickness of the cut plate (note: be careful when hoisting).

4. Before starting the machine, check the gas circuit and pipeline safety to ensure that the input gas is clean and dry. At the same time, ensure the gas supply pressure (0.6pa---0.8pa). At the same time, confirm whether the vulnerable parts of the data are damaged and replace them in time.

2. Daily maintenance and maintenance:

1. The dirt on the machine tool and guide rails must be cleaned up every working day to keep the machine bed clean. Turn off the air source and power supply when off work, and at the same time vent the remaining air in the machine tool tube belt.

2. If you leave the machine for a long time, turn off the power to prevent non-workers from operating.

3. Observe whether there is dirt on the surface of the longitudinal guide rail of the machine, and keep it clean.
