The working mode of CNC bending machine is introduced:
(1) Set the pressure holding time, pressure relief time, horizontal blanking advance and retreat distance, and adjust the horizontal blanking position of CNC bending machine.
(2) The number of working steps, the position of blocking material and the bending times of each working step are set.
(3) If a continuous operation gear is selected, the bending mechanism will not automatically return to the up stroke switch position first. Press down the pedal to advance slowly, and the bending mechanism will press down automatically; When the travel switch is touched, the horizontal blocking mechanism moves backward for a set distance, and the pressure is maintained automatically. The pressure holding time of CNC bending machine reaches automatic pressure relief, the pressure relief time reaches the automatic return of the press down bending mechanism, and the horizontal material retaining mechanism automatically advances to set distance; When the travel switch is touched, one bend operation ends and the next bend is performed.
(4) Complete the bending times of the current working step, meet the travel switch, automatically adjust the horizontal stop position, and execute the bending action of the next working step entered by the numerical control bending machine.
(5) When all the working steps are completed and the travel switch is satisfied, the continuous bending action of NC bending machine ends.
